Discover how TripWorks' built-in waiver functionality can streamline your business operations. Learn how to easily add waivers by copying and pasting data into the waiver body field, adding required checkboxes, and choosing different passenger fields. Customers can sign waivers through a confirmation email that redirects them to the customer portal, where they can quickly fill out and sign the waiver electronically. Manage waiver statuses effortlessly from the manifest, sending reminders or QR codes to those who haven't signed yet. For on-site or walk-in customers, display a generic waiver link on a tablet or device for in-person signing. Review all signed waivers in your waivers portal, with detailed customer information.
