Enterprise Account Executive
TripWorks is growing fast—and we’re looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to help lead that growth. In this quota-carrying role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value deals with large-scale tour and activity operators. Success requires consultative selling, sharp commercial instincts, and a deep understanding of operator workflows and market trends.
Responsibilities
Own and Close Strategic Deals
● Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for enterprise operators across North America.
● Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at all levels, from operations to the C-suite.
● Develop tailored proposals and pricing structures based on client goals, scope, and complexity.
● Run discovery, deliver customized demos, and present clear ROI-focused business cases.
● Navigate complex buying processes and align internal stakeholders to drive momentum.
Partner Cross-Functionally for Seamless Sales Execution
● Collaborate with onboarding, product, and customer success teams to ensure clear alignment on implementation scope and timeline.
● Communicate key deal terms, expectations, and technical requirements for a clean post-sale handoff.
● Stay involved through launch and early adoption to ensure the foundation for long-term success is strong.
Drive Market Intelligence and Sales Strategy
● Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot and provide reliable forecasting.
● Share feedback from prospects to inform pricing, product positioning, and roadmap direction.
● Represent TripWorks at key conferences and industry events to strengthen brand and expand reach.

What You Bring
● Experience in enterprise or mid-market sales, ideally in SaaS or travel/tourism tech.
● A strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales process.
● Comfortable selling into operationally complex businesses with long or seasonal sales cycles.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, including live demos and proposal delivery.
● Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and confidence managing pipeline and forecasts.
● Familiarity with tour operator workflows, booking systems, and industry dynamics is a plus.
